Ball Ground, Georgia has a new opportunity for local businesses. Today we attended, and joined, the Ball Ground Business Association, a group of companies located in or doing business in Ball Ground who are looking to network with each other, share marketing opportunities, encourage businesses and customers to the city, and become a driving force in the revitalization of this small North Georgia town.
Represented today were some old and some new friends and associates including Acclaim Professional Services (QuickBooks ProAdvisor), CitruSolutions Carpet Cleaning, United Community Bank, Landmark Insurance, Bruce Chiropractic, Packrat's Daughter, and others including a contractor, handyman, IT support, software developer, silkscreener, and more. It was a great turnout for a new group, and there was some progress made for moving the group forward with a mission statement, elections, committee formation, upcoming events, etc. Anyone interested in getting involved in the growth of the city of Ball Ground should contact us and we'll get you the info you need for the next meeting in September.
Canton Movie Night recap: This past Saturday's free movie in the park in Canton was a great success according to the sponsors. An estimated 2,500 people turned out for the event where 15 local businesses sponsored the movie and bounce house, Ben and Jerry's sold refreshments, Chic-Fil-A sold food, and each business offered free handouts, candy, samples, massage, or other marketing materials. We've only spoken to a couple of the sponsors for their reaction, but we expect to get the same report from them all, GREAT SUCCESS! Kudos to CitruSolutions Carpet Cleaning for their excellent booth! They had every angle covered to attract people in and to have them leave with a positive experience. Great Job Connie and Larry!
We look forward to this event expanding to a few times a year in Canton, and growing to the Ball Ground and Woodstock areas. Contact Inspired 2 Design for more information on any of these local marketing opportunities.
